Online since early 1998, this site has lots of articles, a searchable database of affiliate programs, a message board, and an award-winning newsletter. Check out the newsletter archives.
Affiliate Tip
Lists only those programs which have an affiliate manager who is responsive and willing to work with affiliates. It also has affiliate program reviews, an affiliate marketing glossary, helpful articles and a newsletter.
2–Tier.com
Concentrates on two-tier affiliate programs. Searchable, offers a weekly newsletter, and many articles.

Professional, with lots of articles, lots of categories, also an AffiliateWire publisher.

A well laid out directory, featuring program ratings, a newsletter, a blog, a forum and good information for affiliates.
